Jessica is a singer, yogi, dharma artist, and all-around curious human being who aims to uplift others with voice, movement & spaciousness. She is interested in spontaneous creativity and collaboration that sprouts from stillness in the mind and following instincts. She learned much of her dharma skills at Naropa University, a Buddhist-inspired school that teaches practitioners how to integrate meditation into honest art-making. Whether through mantra, yoga or voice, Jessica will leave you inspired and buzzing on good vibes.

The word ‘mantra’ means tools of the mind, or divine speech. Mantras have been used for more than 3,000 years as a powerful way of manifesting outcomes, changing karma and creating space for new possibility! Learn the foundation and history of mantra from around the world and learn how to use mantras during meditation. We will discuss, we will sing and we will get elevated. – Mantra is all from the heart, so if you are curious, come as you are – all voices are deeply welcome.

Learn the art of improv! In any group collaboration or jam, we must first learn how to LISTEN to the space. Then, in full presence, we get to make a spontaneous choice. Do we support the groove, do we harmonize, do we add rhythm, do we solo, or do we destroy and start anew? All of these are the choices of a Dharma Artist – a creative human who in real time uses self-awareness to make spur-of-the-moment choices, detached from ego, hearing the larger whole and adding what inspires.
