Our commitment

At Soundslinger, LLC, which includes Soundslinger, LLC's owners, officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, agents, employees and licensees, including but not limited to, OMF 2026 LLC (“Soundslinger”), we acknowledge that many of our community members experience disability and access issues. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our community, both online and at our in-person events. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA standards of accessibility for our users and to adhere to applicable laws related to disability, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act and local rules and ordinances that may apply.

Measuring and maintaining accessibility

To track our progress towards meeting our accessibility goals, we are committed to conducting audits on our content and continuously improving our content, access and offerings. Screen reader tools, tools used to zoom in on computer and mobile device screens, and font color changing tools are often available free of cost and may be useful to enhance access for some users to our websites, apps, social media platforms (the “Properties”). While we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third party sites that may be linked from Soundslinger Properties and otherwise, we also encourage our third party partners to reach Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA standards of accessibility as well and will continue seeking partners who share our commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
